Turn your glucose data into everyday decisions.

INDX reads continuous glucose data from Apple Health or a compatible CGM sensor, then explains what it means for the meals you actually eat, the way you move, and how you sleep.

What it does

Numbers are the start, not the answer.

A CGM produces thousands of readings a day. INDX is built to answer the question behind them: what should I do next?

One clear number

Your current glucose, its trend, time in range and a stability score — the state of your day at a glance, without digging through charts.

Meals in context

Log a meal by text, photo or voice, and see the glucose curve that follows. Two hours later you get a plain-language score for that meal.

Built for real food

Advice shaped around the meals people actually eat, including Chinese home cooking — not a generic Western diet template.

Source-neutral

Apple Health is the primary entry point; a directly connected CGM sensor is available when there is no health platform to write to.

Privacy

Your readings stay yours.

INDX works without an account. Your history lives on your phone, and cloud backup is off until you turn it on. When you do, your health data is encrypted on the device with a key we never receive — our servers store ciphertext they cannot read.

Important

INDX is not a medical device.

It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it must not be used to decide insulin doses or to detect low blood glucose. Always follow the advice of your clinician and the instructions that came with your sensor.
