Read beyond the headline

Three checks before you make the leap.

01 / Who?

Check the population.

A trial in athletes, diabetes or pregnancy answers a question about that setting. Ask whether it fits the person reading it.

02 / What?

Check what changed.

Was CGM used to measure a response, or to guide a decision? That difference changes what the study can support.

03 / So what?

Check the endpoint.

Glucose variability, body weight, mood and performance are separate outcomes. A change in one does not establish a change in the others.

Sample size, duration, measurements and CGM exposure stay attached to each article.

About the evidence

This selected collection starts with ten anchor studies and draws on additional primary research and official guidance. Study cards identify the population, duration and measurements. Practical examples are editorial applications. Accessible full texts, abstracts and author-institution records are documented individually in the accompanying editorial files. Both languages use the same source set.
